About the Role
As a graduate electrical engineer, you'll be instrumental in the design and implementation of various electrical systems within buildings, including power, lighting, fire systems, and security. This role offers a chance to deepen your knowledge of building physics and sustainable design solutions, shaping the foundation of building service engineering principles.
Within the Buildings department, encompassing Building Services, Structures, Civil, Facades, Acoustics, and other specialist teams, you will engage in interdisciplinary collaborations, fostering growth and expertise to enrich your engineering skills.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, we value the following:
- A BEng, MEng, or MSc degree in a related engineering field
- Passion for Building Services design, particularly electrical systems
- Keen interest in building physics and sustainable design solutions
- Demonstrated ability to learn computer programming languages and handle complex data processing
- Capacity to convey complex engineering ideas through diverse communication channels
- Interest in Digital Automation and Optimization

Selection Process
