  • You will be joining a well-established international manufacturing company that has recently received funding to significantly expand its operations.

Your new role

  • This pivotal position, reporting to the Head of Finance, will require you to oversee business partnering activities across Operations.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and development teams to provide them with top-notch analysis, monthly commentary, and guidance on budget and forecast.
  • In addition to these core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to train and nurture a team of part-qualified professionals and collaborate with the finance department on systems/ERP enhancements.
  • This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities for those who thrive in collaborative environments.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Alongside your professional accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACA/Equivalent), you should have a proven track record in a manufacturing or engineering setting and feel comfortable engaging with senior executives up to the c-suite level.
  • While coaching/mentoring experience is desirable, if you possess industry expertise, we encourage you to reach out. Being a team player with a track record of driving growth and fostering positive change is crucial.
