I am partnering with a reputable, growing, interesting business based in Crawley who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them on a full time permanent basis.

This company, based in Crawley, are offering hybrid working, alongside a competitive salary and excellent benefits


This reputable business are looking for an accounts assistant to work alongside the assistant accountant and credit controller in their small finance team.

Alongside transactional duties, you will have exposure to month end and accruals, and prepayments.


This role will be suitable for someone who has worked in a cross-section finance team before in a smaller business or someone who would like to step up and take on more duties such as month end.


Duties include:

  • Responsible for purchase ledger
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Aged creditor reconciliations
  • Journal postings
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Monthend reporting


They are open to assistant accountants, graduate accountants, or someone who is currently studying and has previous transactional finance experience.
