We are experiencing exponential growth and are offering an Air freight operations position in Birmingham, where you will be responsible to achieve our customer satisfaction through service and operational excellence, adhering to xpd global quality policies and processes, bt always seeking to ensure customer experience and business profitability.

Responsabilities:


Conduct operations effectively and efficiently.nMake reservations with airlines, review itineraries and logistics as quoted to the client.nProvide timely follow-up based on service level or customer request.nCoordinate customs clearance with the client's Customs Broker or where appropriate.nExecute DGR shipments according to dangerous goods regulations.nCoordinate the reception and review of shipping documents.

nTalking, negotiating and maintaining good relations with customers, suppliers and external entities

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in the industrynAir import & export knowledgenExperience in shipping Dangerous GoodsnCustoms knowledgenTime Critical experience is an advantagenExceptional Problem solving and analytical skills with superior attention to detailnExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with others in team and act as liaison between different departmentsnExcellent organization skills
