A highly progressive outfit, currently enjoying strong growth as their unique approach gains traction with a range of blue chip clients. Our client uses a mix of analytics, data science, brand strategy and large helpings of intuition, empathy and creativity to develop growth strategies for their clients.

The role:-

Our client's strategy team is growing rapidly and as part of this expansion they wish to create a new role of senior strategist to work in close partnership with their Head of Strategy.

As a senior strategist you will be responsible for delivering some of their larger projects and building close relationships with senior clients in all things, product, brand, comms, and innovation strategy. You will also have the opportunity to work across their group of companies on joint projects of mutual interest. On a project by project basis you will have the support of analysts and junior consultants.

The role will especially suit a left field, outside the box thinker. You'll be working with innovative and courageous brands.

  • Strong experience working in brand, product, communications and innovation strategy
  • A detailed understanding of how businesses work beyond your specific focus and the possibilities and challenges for brand growth today
  • A flexible approach that enables you to find solutions for a range of business problems
  • Experience with brand positioning and market expansion, eg new product, social media strategy or company acquisition
  • You'll be able to think both laterally and commercially.
  • We'd like you to have an affinity for data and an ability to create clarity from complexity
  • We expect you'll be able to share concepts both visually and verbally
  • You'll be someone who enjoys learning from and contributing to the development of others

All of your experiences as a senior strategist will expose you to a variety of commercial challenges and industries. These will prepare you for the next step in your career as a strategy director.
