I am currently looking for a Client Services Administrator to join a reputable client in BS1 on a full-time, hybrid, temporary basis (with the possibility for extension).
The role will kick off in a couple of weeks, offering an hourly rate of £13.22.
Working hours are 9am-5pm, with some flexibility.
Main responsibilities:
- Handling complex customer service issues
- Managing incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
- Organizing and maintaining the mailbox
- Responding efficiently to email inquiries
- Proactively addressing and preventing problems
- Ensuring database information accuracy
- Developing strategies to enhance service quality
- Accurately inputting and organizing forms
- Supporting other strategic projects as necessary
Key qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in customer service
- Capability to effectively solve problems
- Keen attention to detail in written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Goal-oriented mindset, with KPI-driven background
