I am currently looking for a Client Services Administrator to join a reputable client in BS1 on a full-time, hybrid, temporary basis (with the possibility for extension).

The role will kick off in a couple of weeks, offering an hourly rate of £13.22.

Working hours are 9am-5pm, with some flexibility.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handling complex customer service issues
  • Managing incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
  • Organizing and maintaining the mailbox
  • Responding efficiently to email inquiries
  • Proactively addressing and preventing problems
  • Ensuring database information accuracy
  • Developing strategies to enhance service quality
  • Accurately inputting and organizing forms
  • Supporting other strategic projects as necessary

Key qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Capability to effectively solve problems
  • Keen attention to detail in written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Goal-oriented mindset, with KPI-driven background
