What you'll do

  • BUILD CLOSE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS, COMMERCIAL & LOGISTICS PARTNERS AND RESPOND TO QUERIES IN A TIMELY MANNER
  • ACCURATELY MANAGE ALL DEMO BOOKINGS FOR EMEA IN THE DEDICATED BOOKING SYSTEM
  • PROACTIVELY HANDLE BOOKINGS, DOCUMENTATIONS FOR ALL MOVEMENTS, ORACLE SYSTEM TRANSACTIONS AND BE A KEY PARTICIPANT IN THE ANNUAL INVENTORY AUDIT
  • ENSURE INSTALLATIONS REQUESTS ARE CREATED AND MANAGE COMMUNICATION WITH ENGINEERS TO SCHEDULE TIMELY INSTALLATIONS OF EQUIPMENT AT CUSTOMER SITES
  • COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH ALL PARTIES, ENSURING EVERYONE IS KEPT UPDATED AND TARGET SHCEDULED ARE ACHIEVED
