Job Title:
Drivers Mate
Location: Stafford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay rate: £11.50 per hourWorkchain is currently seeking a Drivers Mate to join our client's team in Stafford. The role is on a temporary to permanent and offers an hourly rate of £11.50. The ideal candidate will assist the driver in delivering goods to various locations in and around the Stafford area.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assisting the driver with loading and unloading goods
  • Ensuring all deliveries are made efficiently and on time
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Keeping track of deliveries and paperwork
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved
    Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Drivers Mate or in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
