As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting class teachers and the Head Teacher in working with primary and secondary-aged pupils.
  • Actively observing behaviors, planning, and implementing individual management programs, and regularly monitoring, evaluating, and revising them as necessary.
  • Facilitating the reintegration of pupils into appropriate environments, fostering their social and academic growth through tailored programs.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to the school's development by actively participating in staff inservice training, engaging in discussions, and contributing innovative ideas.
  • Actively pursuing professional development opportunities and career planning.


In addition to these responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in delivering an inclusive and engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of our diverse student population.
