You will be responsible for maintaining existing service contracts with customers by initiating regular contact, ensuring that their requirements are fulfilled and that they are kept updated regarding current legislations.

This will involve inputting and processing orders, liaising with internal departments, and accurately updating the CRM system.


From a business development perspective, you will ensure that existing clients are aware of all management services available to them so that you can continue to offer a tailored solution that supports their business goals.

You will also prospect lapsed / potential new customers by sending and following up on quotations, contacting decision makers, sending out literature and arranging visits.
