Main Responsibilities:
- Reception duties in the main office including fielding calls, answering enquiries and greeting visitors
- General office admin including managing orders and mail
- Updating Corbenic's social media accounts with any job adverts etc.
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in a Receptionist/Office Administrator role desirable.
- Proficiency with MS Office packages, Excel etc
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
