Our Operations team leverages our PPI (Practical Process Improvement Business System) to manufacture and produce these products and continuously improve productivity and quality all while contributing to our Mission - to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

Here in Horsham, we are ramping up our production and distribution to support our growing number of customers.

The majority of the pharmaceuticals we handle on a day-to-day basis are destined for use in Clinical Trials, providing a critical role in bringing new therapies to patients.

Situated on the outskirts of Horsham, your own transport is preferable, however, we also have a staff shuttle bus available.

Supervise small teams to work within any of the following ambient and cold chain operational areas;

  • Packaging
  • Inventory
  • Despatch

Key Responsibilities:

  • Activities to be carried out in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and company policies and procedures
  • Maintain good housekeeping and promote a safe working environment
  • Highlight and propose solutions to potential Health and Safety and Quality risks, near misses, and accidents to Line Management
  • Maintain compliance through training and competency programme
  • Focus on internal customers (Quality, Engineering, Business Planning) and external customers (Clients, Regulatory Bodies, Contractors, Suppliers) priorities
  • Support department induction programme
  • Support management in coaching, development, and training.
  • Highlight and improve process efficiencies to achieve business objectives
  • Embrace and support process improvement utilizing PPI/Lean tools
  • Undertake any other duties on an adhoc basis as required by your Line Manager

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications (Preferred but not essential):

  • English GCSE or equivalent experience/qualification
  • Mathematics GCSE or equivalent experience/qualification
  • Spatial Awareness-Diagram interpretation and understanding
  • Worked within a GMP environment
  • Worked within an operational environment
  • Competent in the use of electronic and automated equipment
  • Supervisory experience
