Are you an experienced public affairs professional with an in-depth knowledge of the UK policy arena?

If so, Grundfos is looking for a Senior Public Affairs Advisor to direct its public affairs activities in UK/London.

As a Senior Public Affairs Advisor, you will execute Grundfos' public affairs activities in the UK, with a focus on enhancing Grundfos' impact on the sustainability agenda, specifically within the water and climate policy, and supporting the transition towards more energy-efficient heating solutions aligned with the UK official policy to reach net zero in 2040.

Grundfos is looking for a Senior Public Affairs Advisor to direct its public affairs activities in UK/London, in collaboration with the regional PA team and the regional business leadership within its four divisions.

Your responsibilities will focus on enhancing Grundfos' impact on the sustainability agenda, specifically within the water and climate policy and supporting the transition towards more energy-efficient heating solutions in line with the UK official policy to reach net zero in 2040.

Build the Grundfos brand as a trusted partner in the political dialogue on climate and water-related issues in the UK.



  • Spearhead the PA activities in high-profiled European engagement project on implementing new policies utilising low hanging fruits in upgrading domestic heating systems to more efficient solutions including replacement of inefficient pumps.
  • You will work closely with the business divisions to create a supportive regulatory framework for Grundfos solutions.
  • Gather and disseminate information on political and regulatory issues relevant to our business to our regional leaders, as well as feed into our global political intelligence framework.
  • Take part in building up and consolidating a regional team that can deliver on our ambitions across our business areas.

Approx 5+ years of experience in a UK policy institution, interest organization, Public Affairs agency or a corporate governance affairs position.



  • In-depth knowledge of the UK policy arena and a key interest in environment, water, and/or climate agenda.
  • A mature network from UK institutions such as parliament, ministries, agencies, and interest organizations.
  • Experience with building alliances and campaigns with key stakeholders.
