Key responsibilities include fostering increased engagement among our members, actively supporting the delivery of essential member products and services, formulating comprehensive engagement plans, and monitoring industry trends to facilitate growth within primary care and GPN.

The role necessitates guaranteeing that members have unfettered access to all membership offerings, thereby maximizing overall value.

Moreover, you will be tasked with personalizing the needs of our members and prioritizing an exceptional user journey in all facets of your work.

It is essential that you have the ability to work on your own initiative and in a team consisting of project managers and support staff, in a highly demanding and fast paced environment, organise and prioritise workloads effectively whilst still maintaining the flexibility to produce work to a high standard.


The right person will be comfortable with the technical requirements of hosting membership events on virtual platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams and have excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively to plan and organise these events.

You will work closely with our Senior Management Team, comprising of CEO, Director of Operations, Head of Information and Performance, Head of Nursing and Finance Manager, and our Board of Directors to deliver a comprehensive programme of objectives for 23/24, 24/25 and beyond.

Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively build and maintain networks and relationships with member practices across the geography in order to support ongoing two-way engagement to understand their needs and how services can be developed at scale to support practices.

Work with each member practice to identify best practice, gaps and challenges to the practice and patient population.

Pro-actively manage and support members, respond to and resolve potential challenges when this arises through facilitation or other appropriate mechanisms.

Actively identify opportunities for new service delivery collaboratively with Clinical Directors, member practices and GPN Senior Management Team.

Deliver an annual calendar and schedule of engagement activities in collaboration with Board Director responsible for Engagement, ensuring that Member requirements of GPN are met, identifying interdependencies across projects/functions.


Work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team to both lead the team as part of a management group and also to ensure that GPN leadership is aligned.

Be responsible for a high standard of work supporting the delivery of projects on time, to quality standards and in a cost effective manner.

Maintain and expand a directory of offers to practices, including back office functions such as HR Consultancy, Information Governance and Data Quality.

Ensure and encourage the optimisation and utilisation of said offers by each member practice/PCN.


Lead a team of Project Managers and support staff in the delivery of project plans, allocating tasks as appropriate, identifying risks, issues and dependencies, considering best practice and current options and ultimately making decisions in the best interest of the programme and member practices.


Interpret risk and overall programme status:

understand, anticipate and highlight risks, issues and actions; supporting early identification and proactive mitigation/resolution where possible; ensure prompt escalation of concerns where appropriate.

Work with system colleagues to identify synergies across projects and ensure work is not duplicated. Ensure work is aligned and interdependencies and interfaces between projects and Delivery Groups are identified and managed.

Maintain the project documentation and associated plans with regular team meetings to monitor progress and resources.

SKILLS Communication Manage communication between member practices relating to service delivery; use expert influencing and negotiation skills to present complex, potentially controversial information to large groups and use these skills to resolve issues.
