Key responsibilities of a Registered Nurse:

  • Accurate maintenance of nursing notes
  • Assisting in the safe handling, storage, and distribution of all medications
  • Ensuring Care Plans and records are current and precise
  • Updating and completing tasks on the clinical calendar
  • Daily assessment of each Client's needs and continuous improvement of care
  • Compliance with N.M.C code of conduct at all times

A Valid Nursing Pin is a must, along with some post-qualification experience in a clinical environment.
