As a Project Manager, you'll play a big part in the organisations operational structure with a focus on delivering works to the highest of standards from pre-start through to handover.

You'll be working closely with an established team to ensure that allwork completed adheres to the excellent reputation our client has worked hard to achieve.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strong leadership and guidance to site staff across live projects.
  • Coordinating numerous projects to ensure they are all on schedule to meet deadlines and running to clients' specifications.
  • Conduct Prestart meetings on every scheme job.
  • Handover schemes with Play Inspection Sign Off.
  • Provide daily updates and liaise with the Client and management team regularly.
  • Attend meetings with client and management.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and make regular visits to site to monitor progress against programme and check installation quality.
  • Ensure all issues or progress visits are photographed and progress reported to the client and management team.
  • Assist with site surveys and installation advice.
  • Liaise with the Contracts Coordinators daily
  • Identifying and monitoring project risks and planning and implementing risk mitigation.
  • Preparing formal project progress and other reports.
To be considered for this opportunity, you should be able to demonstrate;

  • Demonstrable experience at the Project Manager level.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Valid UK drivers license is essential.
  • Ideally qualified at the HNC/HND level as a minimum.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders, including clients and designers.


Please note, due to project locations and the nature of the role, you should be flexible and willing to travel throughout Scotland when required.
