The Content Marketing Manger is a pivotal role within our marketing department, responsible for playing a leading role in developing a comprehensive content marketing strategy.

This strategy aims to enhance brand presence, drive customer engagement, and contribute to revenue growth through compelling content across various formats and distribution channels.

Develop and Execute Content Strategy : Work with the Director of Brand Communications and Content to craft a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Picsart's growth objectives, leveraging insights into customer motivations and market trends.


Collaboration Across Departments :
Work closely with marketing, product and external partners to produce relevant content that supports broader business objectives. This involves ensuring content consistency and alignment with brand messaging across all channels.

Content Creation and Distribution : Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across multiple channels, including the Picsart blog and social channels, to build a community of fans and drive customer engagement.

Performance Measurement and Analysis : Measure and analyze the impact of content on business goals, including customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Utilize analytics tools to refine content strategy and demonstrate ROI.

SEO and Digital Marketing : Work alongside the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and social media to maximize visibility and engagement.

Stay on top of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends to keep content relevant and effective.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring content meets the needs and expectations of target audiences.


Innovation and Adaptation :
Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance content strategy and adapt to changing market conditions and technological advancements.

7-10 years of experience in content marketing, experience with B2B brands preferred with experience in the tech or creative industry.

~ Strong writing and editing skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging audiences.
~ Strategic Thinking :
Ability to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals.
~ Leadership and Team Management : Strong leadership skills with experience managing and/or mentoring a team of content creators.
~ Content Creation Expertise :
Proficiency in creating diverse content formats, including written, visual, and multimedia content.
~ Digital Marketing and

SEO :
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and content distribution channels.
~ Analytical Skills :
Ability to measure content performance and use data to inform strategy adjustments.
~ Adaptability :
Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and technology advancements.
