Our company is a UK based business in the medical products industry focused on designing and distributing prescribed products directly to patients through its own Distribution License (DAC). We have experienced significant growth, reaching over £10m in revenue in just five years, and with the recent investment from a UK based Private Equity investor, we are now ready to expand even further.
Our mission is to provide medical devices that enhance the quality of life for patients with chronic medical conditions.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle: from concept, development, and launch to post-market activities. Monitor product performance and suggest enhancements based on data analysis.
- Focus on downstream marketing: provide resources for the sales team to effectively market the product and educate patients on its benefits.
- Develop and execute an upstream marketing strategy: aligned with our business goals.
- Ensure compliance: with regulatory and quality standards.
- Collaborate with various departments: such as sales, clinical teams, regulatory affairs, R&D, and Digital to ensure product success.
As we expand our business into new markets like Spain, Italy, Portugal, and other parts of Europe, we are looking for someone with:
- A Degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Science, Marketing, or Business.
- Minimum 3 years of medical device marketing experience.
- Experience in defining value propositions and product development processes.
- Ability to think creatively and pragmatically: turning feedback into valuable insights for new marketing programs.
- Advocacy and persuasive skills: to collaborate with local teams, build relationships, and influence stakeholders.
Knowledge of renal conditions, dialysis, and stoma care would be advantageous for this role.
