About the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team and help build our pre-sales function.

The SDR will play a critical role in driving our business growth by generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and creating opportunities for our sales team.

What you'll be doing· Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, attending industry events, and social media outreach.· Research and qualify leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile, understanding their needs and challenges.· Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.· Maintain and update CRM with accurate information regarding leads and opportunities.· Work closely with the sales, design, and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and tactics.· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients' needs.· Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and key performance metrics.

What we need from you· Permanently located in the United Kingdom, with the legal right to work· A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales development or lead generation role (references required)· Confident with presenting both in-person and virtually· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools· Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team· Strong organizational and time management skillsWhat we'd love from you· Previous employment in a pre-sales role within the cybersecurity or education industry· Previous experience with HubSpot Sales Professional, including features such as Prospecting and Sequences· Previous experience managing or mentoring SDRs· Understanding of cybersecurity conceptsWhat we can offer youThis is what we'll provide you as a member of our team:· £40,000 annual salary, up to 10% performance-based bonus, and up to £12,000 performance-based commission (£56,000 OTE)· Fully remote role, but opportunities for social and co-working events· Opportunities for global travel for annual company social event· 25 days annual leave, plus UK bank holidays, and your Birthday off· Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and pension plan· Dedicated training budget for professional development· A supportive, social, and collaborative work environment· Unlimited access to our own cybersecurity training products and platformsAll offers of employment are conditional, subject to a successful background check.
