The post holder will be part of the Children's and Families Care Group based within a team delivering care to children, young people and families, including perinatal queries health teams.
The range of children's services include CYP mental health services, children's allied health professionals, a range of children's nursing, complex care, community paediatrics, health visiting, school nursing, immunisations and perinatal mental health.
