  • HR0152208Following a recent review of the Faculty Business Operations Team, in the Faculty of Management, Law and Social Sciences, a new role has arisen for a Digital Media & Communications Coordinator. Reporting to the Head of Faculty Operations, the postholder will support the Faculty's approach to social media, bringing together an eye for digital content with the curation skills and insight required to drive organic reach and engagement across existing and potential new social media channels as they emerge. They will be responsible for the daytoday operations of key Faculty social media feeds including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok, ensuring an effective schedule of compelling content that advances the faculty's strategic priorities, enhances the reputation of the School of Management, School of Law and the School of Social Sciences and supports student recruitment. As well as working closely with both the Communications and Marketing and Recruitment teams to support ongoing campaigns, the postholder will ensure we have a proactive and responsive presence on social media, with consistency in tone of voice and content that enhances the university and School brand making us a compelling part of daytoday conversations. Working in conjunction with the central Communications Teams, this role will ensure we work within established frameworks and processes to ensure we monitor and respond to issues and opportunities in a timely and compliant manner.
