The Best Connection West Bromwich are looking for an
Administrator on behalf of our client in
West Bromwich.
HOURS OF WORK:
MONDAY - THURSDAY 08:00-16:00
FRIDAY 08:00-15:00
PAY RATE:
£10.42 PER HOUR
The Weighbridge Operator/Skip Office Administrator will report directly into the Sales Director and will be responsible for:
- Assessing and booking all vehicle movements over a weighbridge.
- Weigh all vehicles in and out of site and records the information.
- Issue weighbridge tickets
- Able to transfer information to spreadsheets on a weekly basis.
- Liaise with drivers and yard staff to determine where to load and off load the vehicles.
- Track location of trailers on and off site
- Dealing with external customers
- Answer the telephone.
- Administration duties
Experience:
- Office administration experience.
- Proficient in the use of IT
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Confident in dealing with the general public.
- Needs to be methodical/organised.
- Experience of working on a weighbridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
