The Best Connection West Bromwich are looking for an
Administrator on behalf of our client in
West Bromwich.



HOURS OF WORK:
MONDAY - THURSDAY 08:00-16:00


FRIDAY 08:00-15:00



PAY RATE:
£10.42 PER HOUR


The Weighbridge Operator/Skip Office Administrator will report directly into the Sales Director and will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and booking all vehicle movements over a weighbridge.
  • Weigh all vehicles in and out of site and records the information.
  • Issue weighbridge tickets
  • Able to transfer information to spreadsheets on a weekly basis.
  • Liaise with drivers and yard staff to determine where to load and off load the vehicles.
  • Track location of trailers on and off site
  • Dealing with external customers
  • Answer the telephone.
  • Administration duties

Experience:

  • Office administration experience.
  • Proficient in the use of IT
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Confident in dealing with the general public.
  • Needs to be methodical/organised.
  • Experience of working on a weighbridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
