Housekeeper/Cleaner

Job Summary:


The Cleaner will undertake various domestic cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and ensuring that all rooms are well-maintained.

This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, is efficient in time management, and is committed to providing a high standard of cleaning service to our elderly client.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing as requested.
  • Ensure all rooms are properly cleaned according to client requirements.
  • Make beds and change linens as required.
  • Maintain high standard of cleanliness, in lounge, kitchen, and bathroom.
  • Respond to specific client preferences and requests regarding cleaning methods and products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of safe and efficient cleaning practices.
  • DBS online

Job Type:
Part-time

Pay:
Up to £12.50 per hour

No less than 2 per week
