The Collective Network is pleased to be exclusively assigned this Planning Manager role for an FMCG manufacturer based in Cambridgeshire.

This role is a newly created position to operator across 2 sites in the UK. Based in Cambridgeshire, looking after a small team of around 3 Planners that will focus on the day to day planning, availability & forecasting across the group.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this is a senior role for someone who is serious about making a difference and driving sustainable change in the organisation.

Within this role, you will tasked with providing key information to the Head of Operations to help make business decisions. However, this will be for someone who enjoys building something, creating new processes and assist implementing their new planning software across the group. Don't be expecting to take on the finish product here but the business is making huge improvements across the group.

Key experience:

  • ERP knowledge
  • Very analytical
  • Able to deliver large amount of data in digestible chunks
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Strategic enough to highlight future issues in the plan
  • Can drive strategy
  • FMCG experience will be a must due to the pace of the business
