Do you want to design and lead end-to-end, business wide, change projects? Where you will have full autonomy at a business investing heavily in cutting edge tech?

This Manchester based Housing Association is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead on business-critical, digital change and transformation projects.

As Senior Project Manager, you will work on pulling together change business cases with executive level stakeholders and then you will matrix manage big delivery teams internally and externally to oversee the effective delivery of the project.

The Housing Association is looking to push the envelope on innovation across the entire business, but some key upcoming projects will look at innovation on the Microsoft stack, evolving their CRM approach, and new customer contact strategies, all of which sit within your PMO team. In short there is loads going on across change and this Housing Association is an industry leader on innovation.

You will be very well supported by a large in-house development team backed up by outsourced offshore support where required, and this is the same with testing.

The role has got backing at an executive level as this Housing Association looks to put change and transformation at the heart of all they do, so this is a great opportunity to make a real impact and drive meaningful change.

You would be an excellent fit if you have end-to-end, business change, project management experience, and you are looking for more exposure and more ownership of projects at a large business.

You would be a great fit as Senior Project Manager if you have:

  • Proven end-to-end project delivery and project management experience across business change and digital transformation.
  • Experience picking up a project from sign off, or even working on writing the business case for a change project.
  • Experience of working with exec and senior business stakeholders
  • Experience of matrix managing multi-disciplined delivery teams
  • Experience of managing third-party resource and relationships to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Project management qualifications like PRINCE2, APM or similar.

The salary on offer is £65,000 to with some excellent benefits. This role is hybrid with 2 days a week at their office near Manchester.

Interviews will be taking place in late June, with the Director of Transformation looking to review applications as soon as possible.
