As a

Quality Assurance Manager

,

your main responsibilities will be:
Candidates will join the Quality Assurance team within the Operational Excellence department. We support the Technical Department in coaching and auditing their practices to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Quality Assurance Managers gain experience of applying their skills and knowledge to a dynamic company providing services in different key sectors With your portfolio of projects, you will contribute to:

Reaching the expected Quality Maturity level by:
Determining customer requirements regarding quality and project managementnControlling Quality Assurance plans and communication with respective project teams and customers.nCarrying out quality reviews for selected projects, as defined in the Quality Assurance strategynCarrying out internal audits and follow-up corrective actionsnSupporting external audits (Customer/Certification)nRoot cause analysis and follow-up of corrective actions in case of nonconformities or customer complaints Reporting and Raising alerts, at the appropriate level, in case of deviations from the ADF and other ALTEN processes

Ensuring on Continual Improvement Approach

Identifying best practices,nSupporting projects in the definition of progress plans, lessons learned, and customer satisfaction analysisnCapturing feedback from the field by feeding into ALTEN Delivery Framework improvementsnDepending on experience and motivation, you may lead groups dedicated to continuous improvement, contribute to the development of quality assurance on international projects


Who are we looking for?nThe ideal candidate will possess a proactive/Resilient MindsetnAlongside 5-6 years of experience in Quality, either as a Quality Manager or quality Assistant.nThe Ideal candidate should also be a people person, with strong communication & Presentation skills.nThe Candidate should also possess a desire to grow within the role as well as the company.


Technical Experience required:
nLean 6 SigmanAS9100/EN9100 trainingnInternal audits and cause analysisnProcess improvement

This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.

As part of the onboarding process, candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website Gov.
