Candidates will join the Quality Assurance team within the Operational Excellence department.

Quality Assurance Managers gain experience of applying their skills and knowledge to a dynamic company providing services in different key sectors With your portfolio of projects, you will contribute to:

Reaching the expected Quality Maturity level by:
Determining customer requirements regarding quality and project management
Controlling Quality Assurance plans and communication with respective project teams and customers.
Carrying out quality reviews for selected projects, as defined in the Quality Assurance strategy
Root cause analysis and follow-up of corrective actions in case of non conformities or customer complaints Reporting and Raising alerts, at the appropriate level, in case of deviations from the ADF and other ALTEN processes
Supporting projects in the definition of progress plans, lessons learnt and customer satisfaction analysis
Capturing feedback from the field by feeding into ALTEN Delivery Framework improvements
Depending on experience and motivation, you may lead groups dedicated to continuous improvement, contribute to the development of quality assurance on international projects
Coaching and deployment of ALTEN tools
Supporting projects in choosing the right way to deploy these element
