Blenheim sales & lettings is a young but ever growing small business within the property market industry, our recent increase in business has resulted in the requirement for a part-time office staff to be located within our offices at Peterborough

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Client and supplier database management.
  • Processing of sales quotes, orders and invoices.
  • Processing of worksheets and photo files.
  • Stock management.
  • Scheduling of service & installation jobs for engineers.
  • Confirming diary appointments for engineers.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and confirming appointments.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • No previous experience within the industry required. Full training on all business activities & products will be provided.
  • Must have basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Good customer service skills and telephone manor.
  • Working hours & days can be flexible, to be confirmed.
