Job Introduction

We are looking for a Client Support Services Ambassador to work as part of a team at this leading audit and accounting firm, delivering award winning service to our clients and their guests.

Offering a one-stop-shop service from reservation through to client journey experience.


This is a Permanent Full Time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with shifts between 7am and 7pm.

Main Responsibilities

The client Support Services Ambassador will be responsible for Client Services and Reception, Reservations, Restaurant Hosting and Administrative duties.

Experience within corporate or hospitality background essential. You will need a minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably within a five star/ corporate background.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing booking requests.
  • Registering guests
  • Ensuring all guests receive a personalised and professional welcome
  • Ensuring all client and guest requirements are exceeded during their visit
  • Working cohesively with other team members and departments to deliver exceptional service
