Insight Investment is seeking a Developer to join the Risk team in London. The Risk team supports the Risk and Analytics platform, focusing on:

  • Production and processing of risk metrics like VaR and stress tests
  • Analyzing Liquidity risk and Collateral requirements
  • Reporting architecture for position data, risk analytics, and performance

You will collaborate closely with the business and participate in all stages of systems development across different areas within Insight.

Role Responsibilities

As a Developer, in addition to your development tasks, you will:

  • Drive change and innovation
  • Present information clearly to various stakeholders
  • Lead meetings with business partners
  • Work with other developers in designing new systems
  • Analyze and resolve issues efficiently

Experience Required

  • Proficiency in .NET / C#
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Interest in the Risk business domain
  • Ability to engage with technical stakeholders
  • Collaboration in a team and conducting code reviews
  • Drive to enhance knowledge and adopt new technology
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
