A global high-frequency trading firm is looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join their Systems Infrastructure team, specializing in Linux, Python, and AWS.

In this position, you will be instrumental in delivering scalable, secure, and reliable solutions for their AWS Linux digital assets trading platform.

  • Develop and implement technical requirements for high-frequency crypto trading systems in AWS, with a focus on performance and reliability.
  • Optimize bare metal performance in both on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Implement network latency optimization techniques.
  • Create automation scripts and tools using Python.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as an SRE with an AWS focus in high-frequency trading or similar performance-driven roles.
  • Expertise in Linux system administration and engineering.
  • Proficient in Python for automation and scripting.
  • Strong experience with Terraform and Salt for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
  • Robust networking background with AWS and on-premise applications.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with AWS internals.
  • AWS certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
  • Knowledge of other cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure.
  • Understanding of financial markets and trading systems.
