We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to work in a busy lab environment in Pen coed.


You will be joining the Operations Team with the primary responsibility to carry out the routine manufacture and quality control of a range of immunodiagnostics products.


Shift 1: 7 day fortnight (12-hour shifts : 6am to 6pm Weekdays, Weekends and Bank Holidays)

Shift 2:24/7 (12-hour shifts: Altering between 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am across Weekdays, Weekends and Bank Holidays)

Pay Rate:
£10.65 Plus shift allowance up to 36%

The Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out standard duties such as set up/set down and general running of the production lines, and following / Completing Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
  • Topping up of all consumables required within Kit Assembly.
  • Ensure GMP is followed religiously, attention to detail is the key to success whilst following SOP's and work instructions.
  • Monitoring hourly performance, catalogue the information and adhere to reaction/escalation plans.
  • General housekeeping of area including the removal of waste during /end of shift.
  • Math's, English, Science (GCSE/equivalent C+)
  • 2 + years relevant Operational/Manufacturing experience
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good communication skills


 Basic computer skills
  • Microsoft office
