Job Title: Senior Director - Asset Management and Value Add Investment

The Senior Director will support the Head of Asset Management and Value Add Investment UK in driving income and maximizing portfolio occupancy and rent recapture performance across Realty Income's cross-sector UK portfolio. This role requires strong collaboration with various departments within Realty Income and external clients, advisors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of returns on a significant cross-sector UK portfolio while guiding activities across the broader portfolio.
  • Manage client relationships, including top clients.
  • Coordinate the Annual Business Planning Process for multi-let assets.
  • Assist with Annual Budgeting, Forecasting, and major portfolio discussions.
  • Support Client Relationship Management and ESG Initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Engage in lease activities, monthly leasing meetings, and identify income opportunities at sites.
  • Supervise developments and maintain relationships with local stakeholders.
  • Provide support for Value Add Investment transactions and validate quarterly reporting metrics.
  • Delegate tasks to analysts, review their work, and manage their activities.Identify acquisition opportunities to enhance asset returns.

Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial real estate knowledge and negotiating skills.
  • Exceptional communication and salesmanship abilities.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to manage disagreements, critical thinking, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in various software applications and occasional travel readiness.

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial real estate-related experience.
  • Demonstrated financial accountability and client relationship development.
  • Extensive experience in retail warehouse, logistics, leasing, investment, and valuation.
