Legal Secretary

Are you looking for a new exciting challenge within the Legal Sector?
This is a permanent Legal Secretary position so we really need someone who can come in and hit the ground running, its going to be super busy
Duties of the Legal Secretary role are as follows ;
Typing/audio typing assistance.
Digital dictation
Letters to clients and third parties
Preparing and printing documents to send to clients
Scanning post
Taking calls from clients and assisting where possible with queries, or taking messages for fee earner
Dealing with clients face to face
Providing quotes to prospective clients
Using in house system to produce documents
Opening files and proceeding with the initial stages of conveyancing transactions
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent IT skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Positive and enthusiastic approach to teamwork
Adaptable and flexible
Self-motivated, ability to use initiative and provide pro-active support to fee-earners
Ability to remain calm and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
At least 1+ years experience working as a Legal Secretary
