RoleSummary:

nIntegreon is looking for a Director to support the GlobalDelivery Lead for Managed Services in the CCS business unit,organizing and overseeing the daily operations of the UK team.

Our CCSbusiness unit is in the process of a significant shift fromtraditional legal process outsourcing to delivering legal supportsolutions increasingly powered by generative AI (GenAI).

Our Directorwill be a key role in helping to manage this change.

Backgroundexperience with legal GenAI tools is not a prerequisite for the role(although it will be an advantage), but awareness of the impact ofLegalTech on our industry and a desire to help drive technology-driveninnovation in our services are essential.

The role requires abroad range of capabilities, which in summary include:

A deepunderstanding of corporate contracts management processes and typicalworkflows.nFamiliarity with the contracts management ecosystem,covering in-house legal departments, law firms, alternative legalservice providers and LegalTech vendors.nStrong team and operationalleadership skills.nClient-centric values.nThe ability to leadcontracts management engagements and provide relevant technicalcoaching to delivery teams.nA focus on efficiency, continuousimprovement and innovation in contracts managementprocesses.


Responsibilities & Duties:

nSupport the CCS GlobalManaged Services Delivery Lead, overseeing the management andoperations for the UK managed services accounts.nManage a team of CCSassociates consisting of legal professionals including junior lawyersand senior paralegals.nInstitutionalize and work to improve theefficiency of business procedures within the UK managed servicesaccounts, in line with Business Unit goals and objectives and with aparticular focus on the use of technology applications and GenAI inthat context.

nBe responsible for effective resource management andhelp maintain the profitability of the UK delivery centernEvaluateoverall BU performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting dataand metrics:
no including operational metrics like staff utilization,productivity, quality, and financial targets;no conduct ongoingreviews to monitor progress on staff performance objectives andKRAs.nSupport senior leadership to ensure the commercial strength ofcurrent and future engagements (e.g. on staff deployment, pricing andforecasting).nCoaching and performance management to optimise servicedelivery by team members.nParticipate in creating the businessstrategy, set and manage budgets, define operational goals thatsupport the business strategy and targets.

RequiredSkills/Abilities:
n5+ years of contracts drafting, reviewing andnegotiation experience in commercial agreements
(preferablyincluding contracts within the technology sector).nMinimum of 3 yearspeople management experience handling a team of more than 5staff.nExperience in the provision of legal process outsourcingservices preferred but not essential.nProven experience as anoperations manager or equivalent position and expertise insuccessfully managing and growing a team.nMust have a law degree orGDL required. LPC preferred.nExperience in creating contractnegotiation playbooks and other tools to standardize and streamlinethe contract review, drafting and negotiation process.

nStronglyPreferred:

Experience with common contract managementplatforms like Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Evisort, Agiloft, Conga,Ariba, Onit etc.nGood analytical ability, project managementexperience, and communication skills.nStrong interpersonal skills, theability to interface effectively with all business functionsthroughout the organization.


nPreferred:
Previous experiencein a multinational corporate environment with staff working remotelyate least part of the time.nExcellent organizational and leadershipabilities.
