Who are we looking for?


We're on the hunt for a special someone support our helpful, friendly and approachable procurement team on a six month fixed term contract.


You'll be involved in a variety of administrative activities in compliance with Corporate Procurement Strategy, financial regulations, and current legislation so you'll need an understanding of PCR 2015.


You'll be the kind of person who'll maintain a positive attitude along with being computer literate and great organisational skills.


A few key points from our role profile:

  • Organise and support meetings and training events as required. Preparation and distribution of documentation and information and liaise with teams and external partners to ensure arrangements and smooth delivery of events and meetings.
  • Support the implementation and adherence of GDPR legislation within procurement processes including ensuring Data Sharing Agreements are issued where necessary.
  • Undertake administrative duties, to support the wider business, suppliers and other stakeholders with queries, including ensuring that the relevant IT systems, including procurement portal. This will need to be maintained and updated ensuring data integrity and provision of accurate, and relevant information, along with setting up suppliers on Orchard and dealing with queries such as insurance and contract expiry dates.
  • Respond to reactive procurement questions outside the procurement program in a timely manner.
