About the Company: Our client, a highly reputable Insurance Brokerage, is looking for a skilled Commercial New Business Account Executive to join their team based in Worcestershire.

About the Role: They need someone who can come in and immediately start bringing in new business.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Commercial New Business Executive
  • Cert CII Qualified or willing to work towards it
  • Experience in client-facing roles
  • Ability to work efficiently following a structured process
  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with insurance industry IT systems
  • Compliance with regulatory and business procedures
