Lettings Negotiator

OTE of £35k with £18k Basic
Package
- £18,000 basic plus commission
- OTE £35,000
- Monday to Friday 9:00 to 19:00 pm. Saturday 10:00 am to 16:00 pm. One day off in every two weeks.
Duties of a Lettings Negotiator:
- Generating a targeted number of viewings per week resulting in a targeted number of lets per week
- Selling all company services strongly and ethically
- Selling our company services to generate new and repeat business
- Registering new applicants
- Booking viewings
- Carrying out viewings
- Carrying out landlord marketing updates as directed
- Negotiating offers under the direction of the Lettings Manager
- Progressing; keeping all parties well informed
- Gaining market appraisals and looking after landlords to actively promote their using our services
- Leaflet dropping
- Touting and canvassing
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Keeping records of all activity
- Customer service orientated
- Results/goals orientated
- Financially driven with a motive to earn
- Full driving licence
- At least 6 months experience within lettings
- Customer focused attitude is essential;
- Ability to deal with demanding clients.#
