We are seeking a highly motivated, friendly and reliable Optical Assistant in the Gloucestershire/ Hereford and surrounding areas to join our expanding domiciliary team in Specsavers Home Visits.


As a Home visit Optical Assistant, you'll ensure the delivery of a high, quality professional services to patients in their own homes and in some care home settings.

You must have high standards of dispensing and customer care, in short, you will make sure every customer has a great experience with us.

You are sure to be supported in your journey with the home visits team as well as being enabled to learn new skills and develop your clinical skills.

Optical experience is essential for this role, It will allow you the opportunity to put your skills to the test and make a real difference to the quality of a person's life and help and support a local community.

Other Requirements

This is role is deemed to be regulated activity under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

An enhanced DBS and barring list check will be required prior to commencement of the role and repeated every 3 years.

Alongside the salary we offer fully funded company car as well as a open ended generous bonus scheme (Average bonus £250 per month).
