Job summary

You will be based in Livingstone Hospital, Dartford, North Kent as part of our community nursing team whoprovide care to people in their own homes or within a clinic empower our staff to work autonomously and with flexibility by providing them with state of the artnew tabletsfor them to be able to check in from home, write their notes up on the go and allow them to not be trapped in an office base, so they can really enjoy working in their chosen community background

Located just off the M25, there are great access points and just a short distance from Bluewater Shopping and Leisure Centre, you'll be able to take advantage of the ample coffee shops and food placesnearby.

As this is a community based role you will need tohave a UK driving licence and access to a car.

Main duties of the job

Working closely with ourCommunity Nursing Team, as a Healthcare Assistant you will support and assist the senior team members toprovide care to people in their own homes or within a clinic settingfor a widerange ofconditions including diabetes, wound and end of life work is crucial to the community as we aim to prevent unnecessary hospital submission. In this role, you will care for patients in the way thatyou believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing bestpractice, and actively improving the way we work.

Job responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant in the Community based in Dartford North Kent, youll be part of our valued team providing nursing care to patients in their own homes.
