What are we looking for?

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will act as a business architect and trusted advisor throughout the sales journey, providing technical expertise and customized solutions that meet the needs of internal and external customers. You will play a crucial role in solution design, demonstration, and integration, ensuring the alignment of our product offerings with customer requirements to drive success and build lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their business challenges and objectives.
  • Solution Architecture : Design and present tailored solutions that address customer pain points, using a deep understanding of our product capabilities and integration possibilities.
  • Technical Demonstrations : Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition to customers and align with the sales team's strategy.
  • Sales Enablement : Provide technical consultation and support to the sales team, enhancing their pitch and accelerating the sales cycle through in-depth product knowledge.
  • Feedback Loop : Gather and synthesize customer feedback in collaboration with the Product and Implementation teams to improve product offerings and the sales process.
  • Partner Integration : Work closely with Solution Partners to integrate their service offerings with our solutions, crafting seamless and robust proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or in a similar role within the tech industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and the ability to support sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in designing and integrating technical solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Ability to function as part of a team while being a self-starter with an innovation mindset.
  • Relevant industry certifications and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field are preferred.

Travel Requirements:

Up to 50% travel within North America and occasionally international.

This role will require travel to meet with customers, partners, and internal teams. A flexible approach to work, including the ability to work remotely and attend out-of-hours meetings, is essential.
