Westland are offering highly competitive hourly rates and a weekly £50 Attendance bonus for Line Operatives.

Main Duties will include:

  • Operating form filling, bag sealing and palletizing equipment.
  • Conducting quality checks thoroughly throughout the shift on the following: Seals, Codes, Print Quality, Pallet Height and Build Quality.
  • Ensuring to meet all production targets set by management.
  • Adhering to all Health and Safety compliance policies and procedures in place.
  • Willingness to work within a team environment focused on maximising production.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a FMCG environment.
  • Good level of understanding and spoken English.
  • Ability to take direction and following instruction.
