**The Role**

We have several departments in which our production operatives are responsible for taking a raw product and creating a high quality, finished product ready to be supplied our customers. This includes:

- Animal Feed Production Operatives
- Animal Bedding Production Operatives
- Coal Processing Operatives
- Timber Processing Operatives

As a production and processing operative you will be responsible for:

- Operating plant and machinery to create or assemble products according to high company standards
- Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure efficient and safe production processes
- Performing quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Providing a friendly and professional service to internal and external customers

**Your Profile**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred, but not required
- Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
