To ensure we continue to operate effectively and support the growth we are experiencing, we need to recruit an additional Digital Merchandiser.

We are quite flexible on your background, you will need to understand Digital Merchandising be it visual or digital and have good written skills to ensure the appropriate use of language and content, but we can teach you the detail and support your development.

There is masses of scope in this role and you will get to work with true industry experts, so there will be lots of opportunity to learn and progress.

So what will I be doing as a Digital Merchandiser?

• Understand the site analytics to help identify how placement and presentation decisions impact conversions, basket size and sales
• Work closely with the EU marketing team to align with regional marketing strategy and all relevant marketing activities
• Work with the Commercial team to locate products correctly on the web, setting ground rules, implementing consistent grouping, naming conventions and presentation
• Work closely with web content team leader to optimise and translate content and improve the overall customers' shopping experience. Taking on responsibility of the content writing and/or proofing
• Maintain a firm grasp of product category / brands and sales performance, researching and monitoring competitor behaviour and staying ahead of the market
• Work collaboratively with the wider Web Content Team, Customer Proposition, Web Technical Services and Commercial Teams to improve conversion and drive targeted KPIs

About You:

What are we looking for in a Digital Merchandiser?

• Fluent Dutch or French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well developed content writing skills
• Marketing/Merchandising experience is useful
• Ability to interpret and analyse data
