Sales Ledger Administrator at Ballymena - Exciting Permanent Opportunity

Join forces with Reed Accountancy & Finance collaborating with a renowned and thriving establishment situated in Ballymena. They are on the lookout for a skilled Sales Ledger Administrator to become part of their crew.

This position presents the chance to operate in a secure team setting. The selected individual will deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring the efficient and precise operation of the sales ledger.

  • Invoice Generation using Sage
  • Despatching goods on the system by confirming deliveries
  • Generating sales invoicing runs
  • Verifying the accuracy of invoicing runs against price lists and discounting matrix
  • Posting invoices to customer accounts and creating consolidated invoices for major clients
  • Handling cash receipts at the counter
  • Allocating receipts to customer accounts
  • Performing daily cash reconciliations
  • Preparing bank lodgements
  • Concluding tasks at the end of each month

The Ideal Candidate:

Seeking individuals with a year of accounts experience, particularly in sales ledger, and exposure to customer interactions.

Proficiency in Sage software and MS Office applications is essential.

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting is a must.

Full-time availability in the office is a requirement.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm.
