1. Monitor and check the temperature of the food and size quality requirement.

  • Maintain and improve processes and food marination procedures to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
  • Ensure the safety, quality and authenticity of the company's branded products and their ongoing compliance with the applicable food regulations, company guidelines and other codes of practice.
  • Analyse and interpret the results of tests undertaken and write up reports upon completion.


Creating effective corrective or preventative action plans for any issues relating to legislation, systems, processes or procedures and or products.


  • Work closely with the Production team during the production process and carry out inspection of products at key stages of in-loading, production and out-loading.
  • Guidance of online packers to ensure they are meeting quality requirements.
  • Daily monitoring of the material request workspace and completing paperwork as required.
  • Maintain the required cleanliness standards, including safety precautions and complying with health and safety regulations. Manage the site quality assurance systems and processes to ensure factory operation complies with all relevant site standards, codes of practice and food legislation.
  • Experience working in a similar role in the Food industry.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Good working knowledge of food safety.
  • Excellent attention to detail, be well organised.
  • Communication skills. Should have the ability to engage with stakeholders within different levels of the organisation and external stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure, multitask, appreciate priorities and meet deadlines.

From £9.00 per hour
