Main duties of the job With a significant focus upon multi-disciplinary team working, the post will require a strong contribution to MDT meetings to support CMHT clinicians in decision making and care planning. The post holder will be expected to provide appropriate supervision and consultation to members of the CMHT to support the development of psychological expertise within the team. There is also the opportunity to provide assessments and psychological interventions for service users who present with complex mental health needs. Participation in audit, research, service development initiatives and teaching and training will be encouraged and supported. Job description Job responsibilities To provide a high quality clinical psychology service to clients of the Ramsgate House CMHT . The post holder will be an active member of the CMHT and will liaise across all sectors of care, providing highly specialist, psychological assessment and therapy for clients with complex psychological needs, offering advice and consultation on clients psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues, as well as to other non-professional carers and workers of other agencies where appropriate.
