We have an exciting opportunity for a high calibre Pension Support Manager to join a fantastic team within a utilities company.

This role offers valuable experience in a supportive environment and is ideal for a Pension's specialist seeking a challenging yet rewarding position.


Day to day of the role:


Act as the Pension Scheme secretary for the group, attending Trustee meetings, producing agendas, meeting papers, and taking minutes.nAssisting with Trustee Report and Accounts, and governance tasks such as risk register, budget papers, schedule of eventsnAssist with Trustee and Company pension projects as required.nAssist with pension communications, including presentations, briefings, newsletters, benefit statements, booklets, and website content.nHandle complex member queries and escalate as appropriate.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


Experience with defined benefits pension schemes, in a scheme secretarial, consultancy or senior administrator role.nWorking towards a professional pension's qualification (Certificate Member of Pensions Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent)nExcellent technical understanding of defined benefit and defined contribution pensions.nProficient in producing minutes from complex meetings.nStrong stakeholder engagement skills.nAbility to address complex pensions queries with strong problem-solving skills.
