Purpose:

To be responsible for handling highway permits and notices across the UK using the Aurora system, ensuring tasks are completed within client deadlines, and supporting the project team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, submit, and manage streetworks permits and notices.
  • Coordinate permit tasks such as opening, closing, and variations.
  • Produce reports as needed.
  • Assign permit conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and address issues from Local Authorities.
  • Collaborate with the Project Team to meet deadlines and handle paperwork.
  • Liaise with Authorities and Traffic Management Companies.
  • Handle Traffic Management Applications and Notices.
  • Manage S74 and Fixed Penalty Notices.
  • Provide timely responses to enquiries.
  • Support general administration tasks.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • Good IT skills, including Excel.
  • Telecommunications industry experience.
  • Client tools expertise.
  • Skills in Symology, Street Manager, Aurora, and Business Central.
  • IT and Health & Safety Qualifications.

Additional Information:

  • High computer literacy and data management skills required.
  • Full-time permanent role, based in the Lingley Mere Office.
