We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Home Emergency team.

As the Lead of Home Emergency, you will be responsible for managing resources, implementing and reviewing procedures for how the Home Emergency Team is run, and developing and monitoring service volumes and key performance indicators.

Ensure a consistent quality service through all communication channels (telephone and online) and a positive representation of the organisation to corporate partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and focus to the Home Emergency Team, ensuring that the FNOL team and technical team work effectively as one unit
  • Ensure that a process is in place to organise shift patterns with the current staff numbers to meet agreed service levels

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role
  • Knowledge of the home emergency claims and regulations is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
